How to pick your size: Measure the circumference of your wrist where you'd like to wear the cuff (for a wide one like this, I recommend measuring above the wrist bone). The numbers below indicate which size you are: 

• XS: 5.9 inches
• S: 6.5 inches
• M: 7.3 inches
