So… what is Strawberry Lightning?
A one-woman creative studio offering handmade jewelry, small-batch clothing, artwork, and stickers — all designed to make you feel a little more magical in your everyday life.
What payment methods do you take?
All major cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay — basically everything except ancient runes (for now).
Can I add a gift note?
For jewelry and original art, yes. Just send me an email at strawberrylightningllc@gmail.com after placing your order, tell me your order number and what message you’d like to include. Unfortunately for apparel, prints, and stickers that is not an option at the moment.
Shipping & Processing
Why do shipping times vary?
Because some pieces are handcrafted by me in my studio, while others are made-to-order by trusted U.S. vendors. Different magical creatures, different timelines.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most international locations! If for some reason you don’t see your country available in checkout, please email us at strawberrylightningllc@gmail.com and we’ll see if we can expand to your location.
Jewelry Shipping
Free USPS Ground shipping (2–5 business days) on jewelry orders over $250 in the continental U.S.
Plus — everything arrives in eco-friendly, recycled packaging.
Made to Order:
Handmade just for you. Please allow up to 2 weeks before shipping.
Ready to Ship:
Already created and eager to meet you. Ready to ship in 2 business days.
Wax-Carved Jewelry:
If sold out, I can cast one just for you (as long as it wasn’t a limited edition piece). Allow 3–4 weeks for production before shipping.
Each product page will tell you exactly what category it’s in.
Clothing, Art & Stickers Shipping
Clothing, prints and stickers are are produced by my print partners.
General timeline: about 2 weeks in the U.S. (sometimes faster).
If there’s anything unusual about timing, I’ll note it on the product page.
Heads up: items may ship separately. It’s not a mistake — just multiple elves doing their thing.
Exception: Original Art & Limited Edition Prints are shipped directly from my shop and I offer Free USPS Ground shipping (2–5 business days) on original art & limited edition prints over $250 in the continental U.S.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
You’ve got 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition they arrived.

Exchanges?
We are not currently able to process exchanges, but you can always return an item and buy another. If you purchased the original item with a one-time discount code and want to re-use it in your new purchase, email me at strawberrylightningllc@gmail.com and we’ll make it happen.
Any items final sale?
Sale items + gift cards are final. (Consider them destiny.)
What if something arrives damaged or weird?
Tell me right away — I’ll fix it.
EU shoppers
You get a 14-day cooling-off period, no questions asked.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and gets inspected, I’ll email you with the verdict.
Approved refunds hit your original payment method within 10 business days.
If it’s been over 15 business days since approval, email me and I’ll chase it down.

What materials do you use?
Sterling silver, German Silver, Brass and other high-quality metals. Each listing has the details.
Will it tarnish?
All metals oxidize over time — it’s nature doing her thing.
A quick polish keeps your pieces bright.
Can I wear it in the shower?
You can, but don’t. Water, sweat, and chlorine will shorten your jewelry’s lifespan.

Clothing FAQs
How does sizing work?
Most pieces run true to size. Every clothing item has size/fit notes.
What if it doesn’t fit?
Return/exchange it within 14 days (unworn, tags on).
How should I wash everything?
For anything with graphics, turn them inside out, use cold water and a gentle cycle with mild detergent, and air-dry or tumble dry on low heat. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents, and if you must iron, do so on the reverse side at the lowest setting.
Art FAQs
Are your pieces originals or prints?
Depends on the listing. I specify whether it’s an original, limited print, or open edition.
Are prints framed?
Usually no, though each product page spells it out.
How do you ship artwork?
Prints may come flat or rolled.
